CHILD CUSTODY EVALUATION

I believe that every person in a family needs to be heard and understood. During this hard time, I will provide an unbiased report to the court to help with the healing in your family and your children. While it is to be expected that this is a challenging time with at times, high conflict, I work hard to create a thorough and detailed report to help you achieve your parenting goals with your co-parent and children.

I conduct child custody evaluations in Grayson, Fannin, and Cooke Counties. These evaluations are only done with a signed court-order appointing me to conduct an evaluation. I follow the guidelines outlined in the Texas Family Code, Section 107.101, Subchapter D, related to Child Custody Evaluations.
