The Children's Bill of Rights
In 1998 the Children's Bill of Rights was published by American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. They also publish Ten Tips for Divorcing Parents. These resources are something that every parent in a divorce or parenting time case should review and keep in mind as they are going through this difficult process.

You have the right to request your health care records from us. Please ask for a Consent to Release Information Form which must be completed and submitted to obtain records. Records will be released within the mandated timeframe set by the State of Texas after the signed release is received.
